The Saline Process training equips healthcare workers to be witnesses for Christ in their clinical settings. The word "Saline" refers to a saline solution, a salt water solution used throughout healthcare. The Saline Process helps disciple, train, and coach healthcare workers to skillfully and confidently assess the spiritual condition of a patient. Hence, the purpose of this is to inspire and equip health workers to effectively apply their faith in their unique mission field.

After completing the Saline Process, participants should be able to:

  • Assess a patient's attitude and journey toward Christ
  • Know how to respond appropriately
  • Apply the ethical principles of permission, sensitivity, and respect
